Annual VaraLogix Technical Support plans are available for purchase for all licensed VaraLogix products. In addition to online support resources, the standard VaraLogix technical support plan includes access to the Technical Support team Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. CT. VaraLogix also provides an extended support plan which provides technical support 24/7.
The VaraLogix Software Maintenance Plan provides new releases of licensed VaraLogix products, including major releases and point releases on an annual basis. Additional software applications and utilities are available to customers who have purchased maintenance.
